At APS we bring experience as first responders, industry

warehouse management.
Hazardous Materials also known as Dangerous Goods in the
transportation arena. APS can help you design a Dangerous Goods
Transportation Plan (DGTP) which will insure that you properly design
and manage the packaging, marking, labeling, documenting,
registering, shipping, and carrying of dangerous goods by all modes
of transportation. We can also help you with your Security Awareness
Plan, Bi-annual Inspection Terminal, and Hazard Analysis of Critical
Control Points. APS can help you with DOT Approval letters, IATA
candy stripe forms, Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests, IATA
Technical Reports, IMO vessel manifesting, including the packaging,
marking, labeling, documenting and logging for both shippers and
carriers.
If you need fire extinguisher use training, a hot work program and
training, a commodity classification analysis, chemical classification
analysis a high piled storage permit or an A, B. H, E, L, I, S, or U
Occupancy area or building, especially if it is mixed occupancy, APS

Warehousing has many challenges from cost effective use of space to
properly protecting the commodities which you are storing and
distributing. Proper design to protect against the natural challenges
presented by your specific area and catastrophic event while
maximizing the efficiency of day-to-day operations is the greatest
challenge of today's warehouse manager.

regulatory requirements while creating a usable system for your staff
on which you can rest assured that will be actually followed during the
day to day operations of your endeavor. APS has experience with
truck, rail, vessel, military and civilian aircraft.
APS started with Kaizen, SWOT Analysis) then adding World Class
Manufacturing (Just In Time) Cellular Manufacturing techniques in the
late 80’s to our basic Risk Management Model. Next we added
HACPP and cGMP in the 90’s coupled with six sigma to address both
statistical anomalies, insider threat and external threat. When the all
hazards continuity and resiliency for Y2K, we updated our cyber risk
models (see our COOP page). EPM-Enhanced Productivity Models
was combined with Value-Benefit Analysis, as an umbrella tool to
make sure that KPI-Key Process Indicators were selected to insure
traditional causes of failure were not lost in these highly complex
management systems. We are always looking to the future, but only
through the lenses of history.
