APS started with Kaizen, SWOT Analysis) then adding World Class Manufacturing (Just In Time) Cellular Manufacturing techniques in the late 80’s to our basic Risk Management Model. Next we added HACPP and cGMP in the 90’s coupled with six sigma to address both statistical anomalies, insider threat and external threat.  When the all hazards continuity and resiliency for Y2K, we updated our cyber risk models (see our COOP page).  EPM-Enhanced Productivity Models was combined with Value-Benefit Analysis, as an umbrella tool to make sure that KPI-Key Process Indicators were selected to insure traditional causes of failure were not lost in these highly complex management systems.  We are always looking to the future, but only through the lenses of history.
